Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay only for verifications. Sandbox is free for 500 calls and 30 days. Production starts at the per-call price for the tier you pick.
Are failed verifications charged?
Yes — like every operator-billed signal. Each call to the operator costs us a unit; we charge a flat per-verification price regardless of pass/fail. Your dashboard surfaces the success rate so you can tune fallbacks.
How does balance expiry work?
Each balance top-up has an expiry date that matches the operator capacity it represents. Unused balance does not roll over past expiry. You will get warnings at 30%, 10%, and on expiry day.
What does enterprise volume pricing look like?
Above 200k verifications/month the per-call price tiers down meaningfully, and above 1M/month we offer reserved capacity with a committed-spend discount. Talk to sales for a tailored quote in 24 hours.
Do you offer in-region invoicing or currency support?
Yes. Saudi Arabia (SAR), UAE (AED), and Egypt (EGP) invoicing is supported on the Growth and Enterprise tiers. VAT-compliant invoices with reverse-charge handling for cross-border customers.
